Our main product is named SystemProMon. It is an enterprise solution which helps businesses to monitor all IT systems deployed within the company. On top of monitoring system resources such as CPU, RAM and disk usage, it also monitors all the scheduled jobs as well as interfaces between systems. All the systems are easily configured using a tree structure. Knowledge management is also linked to the tree to retain system knowledge and work instructions effectively.
Many products in the market which monitor application status will only alert you when the application system goes down. SystemProMon checks application logs and database tables for early signs of failure. This will allow the technical staff to take preventive actions which helps to minimize downtime. Agent will be installed on the target server. It can then be configured to monitor server resources, schedule jobs status and system interface status. Real time alert will be sent back to the web portal and email recipients. Agent running status will also be monitored from the central web portal.
SystemProMon provides a dashboard view for IT management. It shows the overall status of all the systems being monitored. At the same time, it presents an overview of all the systems jobs and interfaces' status. Critical alerts and critical system health status are also available from this view. Through this dashboard view, management can zoom into the critical issues and take necessary actions.
